1. Consulting Services: You may have the necessary personnel and tools internally to complete your own PPAP submission but may want our consulting services to provide you with a review or independent assessment of the components and completeness of your submission.
2. Measurement services: You may need our services to perform measurements of your product for a complete dimensional layout or a capability study. We are partnered with an ISO 17025 certified measurement facility which is both competent and capable of providing these requirements.
3. PPAP documentation: You don’t have the necessary personnel nor skills to complete and compile a PPAP submission. We can provide this service for you.
4. Translation Services: Your company may operate outside of the North American continent and does not speak or write English. We can help translate your PPAP submission into English with our network of Translators.
5. Ongoing Manufacturer Representation: Your company operates outside of North America. After PPAP submission and approval you need someone who can speak your native language and English to be your company representative in North America.
6. PFMEA and Control Plan development: We can provide support to help you develop your PFMEA and Control Plan as well as train your team in the proper way to develop these documents. Furthermore, we can help you in your native language if you are not an English-speaking company.
