We are looking for the following qualifications: (Note: this is a guideline only. We’d still love to hear from you if you have some of these qualifications or complementary qualification that we may be interested in)
- 5 years or more in manufacturing as a Quality practitioner
- 10 years or more in a manufacturing industry of any kind. Ideally in heavy manufacturing such as automotive and aerospace.
- Certified CQE or equivalent in experience.
- Certifications as an auditor or lead auditor for ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949. Core Tools
- Practical experience in root cause analysis, 8D methodology, APQP, PPAP,
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt)
- Engineering degree of any kind.
- Critical thinking expertise
- Strong communicator verbal and Written (any language)
- Excellent team player
- Excellent Motivator
- Excellent ability to work with diverse people.
- Good understanding and practical use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Able to travel and live away from home for a few weeks at a time.
- Able to secure a TN visa in order to work cross border.
- Fluent reading and writing any language
